The Sean Ryan Foundation was created to carry forward Sean’s legacy of strength and selflessness. Each year, we select a beneficiary — an individual or family navigating a brain cancer diagnosis — to receive financial support and the love of a community standing beside them.

If you know someone facing this uphill battle, we invite you to nominate them. Your submission could be the start of something life-changing.

Who Can You Nominate?

  • Individuals or families facing serious medical hardship as a result of a brain cancer diagnosis

  • Must be located within 200 miles of Winona, MN

  • Must be willing to share their story and receive support

What Support Includes

  • Financial support via proceeds from the Sean Ryan Memorial Golf Classic and direct donations

  • Promotion and awareness of their journey

  • A loving community that has proven to wrap their arms around individuals facing this battle
